About Me

From Atlanta, Georgia, Victoria McFadyen was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1984 and the Florida bar in 1997. A graduate of Woodrow Wilson College of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. McFadyen is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA), the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). She is a member of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, the Southern District of Georgia and the Southern District of Florida. Currently, Ms. McFadyen is a former president of the Monroe County Bar Association.

Ms. McFadyen is a special master for the sixteen judicial circuit, and a Florida Supreme Court certified County/Circuit mediator.

Currently, Ms. McFadyen is a Director at Large for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL).

In Atlanta, Ms. McFadyen was employed in the 1980's at the Garland Firm. Ms. McFadyen assisted in trial preparation of complex civil litigation cases including a tank car explosion case, a tire rim explosion case, an asbestos case, medical negligence and automobile collision cases. From 1991 to 1998, Ms. McFadyen was employed in Key West as the law clerk for the 16th Judicial Circuit. In 1998, Ms. McFadyen opened her law office in Key West, Florida. Today her law practice is a combination of criminal defense and civil litigation cases, including personal injury, wrongful death and family law cases.
